By accessing or using FormCraft ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
FormCraft is a cloud-based form builder platform that enables users to create, manage, and deploy custom web forms. The Service includes form creation tools, response collection, analytics, and related features as described on our website.
To use certain features, you must create an account. You agree to provide accurate information and keep it updated. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities under your account.
We offer a free trial period with limited features. Trial accounts are limited to one per individual or organization. Any attempt to abuse the trial system (including creating multiple accounts) may result in account termination.
Paid plans are billed as described at the time of purchase. All payments are processed securely through our payment partner (Razorpay). Prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
Refunds are available within 7 days of purchase if no forms have been published using the paid plan. Contact support for refund requests.

You retain full ownership of all form data and responses collected through the Service. We do not access, sell, or share your data except as necessary to provide the Service or as required by law.
We strive for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Maintenance windows and outages may occur. We are not liable for losses caused by service interruptions.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account for violation of these terms. You may delete your account at any time by contacting support. Upon termination, your data will be retained for 30 days before permanent deletion.
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the preceding 12 months. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance. We will notify registered users of significant changes via email.
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Maharashtra, India.
